Evolution Speed Skating – Elastic Imitation Training set
Training with elastic resistance develops the stronger and more explosive movement.
Lightly padded, 5 cm wide belts can be adjusted to fit the waist or chest with sports Velcro. The sports velcro doesn’t stick and doesn’t damage the clothes.
Contents of the set:
- 2 pcs Adjustable belts
- 3 pcs Strong rubber ropes with carabiners
- D-ring fastening strap
- Evolution drawstring bag
The appropriate resistance can be set with the number of rubber ropes, 3 ropes are typically strong enough for adults as well.
If extra resistance is needed, the rubber rope can be purchased separately. The Evolution rubber rope set can be used alone or in pairs.
