Evolution Speed Skating Elastic Imitation Training set
Training with elastic resistance develops the stronger and more explosive movement.
The lightly padded, 5 cm wide belts with sports Velcro can be adjusted to fit the waist or chest. The sports Velcro does not catch or damage clothing. The Evolution elastic rope set can be used alone or in pairs.
Contents of the set:
- 2 pcs Adjustable belts
- 3 pcs Latex cords with protective cover and carabiners
- D-ring fastening strap
- Evolution drawstring bag
The number of cords can be adjusted to the appropriate resistance, 1 pc latex cords has a resistance equivalent to 36 kg.
The 3 cords are typically strong enough for adults, if extra strength is needed, the rope can be ordered separately. The basic length of the cord is 2 meters, and it can be stretched to more than twice that length.
