Warranty and returns
Product Exchange Option
If you have selected the wrong size or colour, for example, you may request an exchange of the product.
A basic condition for exchange is that the product has not been used, other than being tried on, has not been structurally modified (for example, heat-moulded footwear), and shows no signs of use.
Returning the product to our showroom is the customer’s responsibility, and any related costs shall be borne by the customer.
The replacement product can be dispatched after we have received the returned item, and the cost of the requested delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Before returning the product, please complete the form:
- Select the product exchange option.
- In the comments section, indicate which product you would like to receive as a replacement.
- We will confirm the exchange and provide the return instructions.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before receipt of the product, for example during the period between placing the order and delivery.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer dispatches the product before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Returning the product to our showroom is the customer’s responsibility, and any related costs shall be borne by the customer, whether the item is returned in person or sent as a parcel.
We will initiate the refund of the purchase price within 2 days of receiving the product; however, bank processing and crediting may take 1–2 weeks.
The customer is entitled to try the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a traditional retail store. If the use of the product exceeds this extent and results in depreciation, the webshop may claim compensation for the reduction in value. For example: worn inline skate wheels.
The customer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal for products manufactured according to the customer’s instructions or customised at the customer’s request. This also applies where a product is procured specifically at the customer’s request, or where we inform the customer in advance that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the relevant product.

Warranty Terms
Our products are classified as competitive sports equipment; therefore, the applicable terms may differ from general practice. For proper and intended use, please seek advice from qualified professionals with expertise in skating sports.
The evolutionspeedskating.com online shop guarantees its products in accordance with Hungarian and EU regulations. If the manufacturer's warranty of the product is for a longer period, it can be enforced by the customer.
The warranty applies only to defects arising from manufacturing or material faults during proper and intended use. We are unable to exchange products that have been used improperly or have been affected by external impact.
Claims procedure:
- Where necessary, the manufacturer may also be involved in assessing the claim.
- In cases where professional repair is possible, valid claims will be repaired free of charge. Defective products that cannot be repaired will be replaced.
- If the claim is not approved, the product will be returned together with a report and the manufacturer’s statement.
