For countries outside the European Union, we usually use the EMS system, which is a joint system of 176 national postal service providers.

Alternative carriers
If you request a price offer, we will check the prices of other international carriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS). We calculate the best possible offers for you. You can request a price offer most easily using the List function, without any obligation to order.
Customs procedures
Depending on the country, the packages may go through customs procedures, for which we provide a commercial invoice and additional documents. The cost of any customs procedures is borne by the customer.
Payment options
VAT Rules
Our webshop operates according to the following VAT rules:
European Union (European Economic Area, excluding Hungary)
- Invoices issued to individuals include VAT
- For organizations with active EU tax numbers, the order amount does not include VAT
Non-European Union Countries
- For individuals, the order value includes Hungarian VAT
- For businesses with tax numbers, we issue VAT-free invoices
Hungary
In Hungary, invoices for all individual or business orders include 27% VAT.
